FeedPress does not offer refunds on subscriptions, however, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will retain access for the period you paid for until expiration. Your data and feeds will remain intact upon cancellation, however, you will no longer be able to administer them until renewal.

The materials on FeedPress's website are provided "as is". FeedPress makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall FeedPress or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FeedPress's website, even if FeedPress or a FeedPress authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Any claim relating to FeedPress's website shall be governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These are the General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of this Website.
